We will also do a nutrition and lifestyle evaluation and offer you some recommendations so you can make healthier choices.
Our consultation is completely free, but if you were to go elsewhere to get this same information, such as a nutritionist or a health centre, they would typically charge you for their service. The only thing we ask is if you find the information valuable, that you refer others to us so that they have the opportunity to receive a free Wellness Evaluation as a gift from you.
